Mandate
InterRegSim is the interregional competence network for simulation in the specialist health service in Norway.
Knowledge
- Use knowledge-based methods and processes
- Develop recommendations for systematic registration and evaluation of simulation-based learning activities (SBLA)
- Contribute to national and international research and development of SBLA
Competence
- Promote consistent pedagogical training of personnel responsible for SBLA in the health service
- Supporting lifelong learning among healthcare professionals
Facilitation
- Share InterRegSim's recommendations and tools
- Facilitate increased use of SBLA in the health service
- Contribute to reducing unwanted variation in the implementation of the SBLA
Interaction
- Ensure the involvement of all health regions in InterRegSim's work
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant academic communities nationally and internationally
- Work for closer cooperation with educational institutions and the primary health service
