How do we work in InterRegSim?

InterRegSim carries out much of its work through interregional working groups to ensure commitment and involvement from all the health regions. InterRegSim prioritises and initiates work processes based on input from users in all health regions.

Work process

Working groups are formed based on input from the RegSim leaders, and efforts are made to ensure that all regions are represented in all groups. The groups are led by an InterRegSim employee and are mostly held digitally. The scope and duration of the groups depend on the scope of the work to be performed. The product from the working group will be sent out for consultation in all RegSim for input. These consultations are carried out digitally using standardised forms. The input is taken note of in InterRegSim before the recommendation/product is decided and shared with users here on the website.

Peer-reviewed sharing process

InterRegSim also has as part of its mandate that we share knowledge-based and quality-assured simulation-based learning tools in a digital platform. We therefore strive to make it easy and get in touch with us with tools or other resources that can be shared. This will then be sent for peer review in another region before sharing here on the website – either in its entirety or as a link to the relevant RegSim website.
